Hahaha! Just remember—stick with the basics until you’re at least a class 1 lifter. You don’t have any need to periodize your training or use advanced cookie methods until you can put away a pack in under 10 minutes. It says so right here:

We have an ice cream shop here in town with awesome stuff. I once had their chocolate peanut butter nutty toffee crunch flavor, or something like that. Gotta be over a thousand calories in one scoop.
