Fat is Fabulous!

That is hilarous, true, and wrong all at the same time.
I do think there are people who store fat more readily than others. These people will have a harder time shedding the flab and often times this added difficulty is enough to make someone say “screw it, I wan’t pie.” I could be wrong, but I really think it just comes down to wanting it enough and then doing something about it.

lol…i thought this was gonna be an article on the low fat/no fat diets and that there exists good fats etc. Confidence is good, but there comes a time when settling isn’t always a sign of confidence. I know the article didn’t say anything about settling to be fat or rounded, but it does appear that they are saying it’s okay to settle for what you got.

Counter article for more confidence gots to be Mr Thibaudeau’s Beast Evolves article. Not saying that Mr T was fat or rounded, but he kicked his own butt into not settling completely on what his body was, and changed it with diet and hardwork (all included intelligence no doubt).
