I’m very confused about something. Whenever I eat lowfat, my overall energy levels are much higher and my erections are much better than when I eat moderate-high fat, no mattter if its monosat. fat. However, I LOOK better on mod/higher fat but FEEL better on low fat. Any thoughts?
I get a lot more energy, willpower and better erections on high fat diet (60% Kcal). I eat every kind of fat but trans-fat (so from olive oil to mayo).
I think it depends by your physiology: “we are equal but different”.
