Fat Boy Chronicles: It's Time for a Change

I don’t know. My MCH, MCV, MCHC have always been on the lower side, out of optimal range.

My recent labs show:

Iron 62

Iron Binding Capacity, unsaturated 470

Total Iron Binding Capacity 532

Tranferrin % Saturation 12

Ferritin 26

I get so winded after working out, and get heart palpitations, and sometimes feel like I’m going to pass out. I went to the cardiologist, and they said heart is good and healthy. When I take iron, I feel a lot better though

Yesterday I didn’t really count, all I had was a bowl of soup.

329.2 this morning, the water weight is coming down slowly. I’ve peed SO much water last couple days. I’m still holding a lot, and hopefully the body gets rid of it soon. I did cardio this morning, but no workout since the last one, work has been too busy. Tomorrow we get back on track and murder back.

I was feeling very down today, and ate good and I’m feeling much better now! I’m going to lower my reta dose, as I feel it’s too high for me. Down to 4mg for now.
