Farmville :D

I might get flamed for this , but this is a " Get a life ( off topic )" thread so, I’m just wondering for those Facebookers out there has anyone else been addicted to Farmville? I just started the game a couple days ago and holy shit I’m addicted…lol. I haven’t been able to go to the gym recently because of football and a rotator cuff injury so i’ve been gaming a lot and somehow started to play this game. Anyone else unfortunately fall into this category?

Ya beat me to it…and you don’t want to know what he’s talking about.

For those who don’t know, Farmville is one of those Mafia/Mob/Ninja Wars kind of games.

Basically you “recuit” people to be your neighbors, which gives you benefits. Then you literally do farming on a virtual farm, with crops growing and (eventually) withering if you don’t harvest them.

Only in 2009 will people become addicted to growing crops and harvesting them. On the internet.

 I can’t wait till we have games where you can sleep and eat online!!!

That’s useless though because the foods would be horribly processed and full of hydrogenated oils and High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Now when we can do all of our workouts online, I’ll get in on that action. It’ll be nice to not have to do my HIIT cardio in person.

Why don’t you play something with “T” in it?

You know, like, God of War, Crysis, Call of Duty, a decent Beat 'em Up, GTA etc.

The Sims, Nintedogs and Farmville is the software equivalent of junkfood -laced with crack!
Just say no.

I’ve never played the game but I can see how some seeimingly simple games can become addictive.

I played some free game where you have to demolish old buildings with a certain number of charges for 45 minutes!

Yes, like Tetris.

The blowing up buildings game sounds like fun, actually.

You would be blocked if we were friends on facebook

Farmville is the gayest excuse for a game I’ve ever seen. As your farm grows, it just takes up more and more of your time. You can’t win.

My mother is addicted to this game. When she started talking about her pineapples and pea plants at the dinner table, I knew something was wrong.

I LOVE FARMVILLE!

I also have no life
