So you’re definitely human…? you didn’t fall into mysterious ooze, or like some chemical waste vat right?
You’re killing it with your numbers. Aside from stress relief, do have any particular physical feats you wanted to address?[/quote]

*for the “yoke walks”, I threw together another “squat rack” really quick it wasn’t the most stable but it worked! I put it at the other end of the room and ran back and forth with the barbell on my back. Its only 10 feet from rack to rack so it was kind of a pain to go back and forth compared to a straight line but hey…beggars cant be choosers! And LOVED doing the these,400 felt like nothing cant wait to secure the other “rack” so I can really push the weight and distance!
Nice work again in here. How are the ATG squats feeling after adjusting to the extra depth? Your weights are going up pretty fast, so I’m guessing you’re not having too many issues there. Any plans to compete (strongman, powerlifting, etc.)?

Hey dude thanks for stopping in! The ATG squats a feeling great, after my heavy sets they feel like empty bar. I just have to remind myself respect the weight treat it likes still heavy dont rush to throw more weight on it, keep a steady pace. AAAAAHHHHH! As far a comp. I’d love to do strongman. I really dont care where I were to place, just to give it all I’ve got and have fun would be awesome but currently my life schedule wont allow it Just taking care of my mom and grandma is like 3 full time jobs-cook/butler/maid,nurse and physical therapist lol…se la vie neh?

Notes:Snatches were easy and fun but gotta really work on form, drop lower ,which I was barely doing, and not " muscle up" the weight. I would like to get up to 250lb. Also sciatica was big time acting up so called it quits on the high pulls, will be hitting my home made ghetto reverse hyper.
