In real football? I love it, I think this Alex Smith guy might be the answer!

To which question, I don’t know.

Yes in real football, fantasy is fun, but that really falls very low on my give a shit meter.

Again I hope Smith does some good.

hey guys, i just saw this topic, thought I’d ask for suggestions. Jeremy Maclin and Brandon Jacobs, or Tim Hightower and Ochocinco?
I would go Maclin and Jacobs.

Dont even know if Chad makes the team, Hightower might be a sleeper with Shanny’s style running game.
I think chad will for sure make the team, i think he will have a good year. Now given how NE runs their O i would rather maclin and jacobs, but hightower is said to have a breakout year, but then again everyone will be loading the box versus the redskins. Maclin had that scare this offseason but if he comes ready to play i think hell have a big year, and i have maclin and jacobs, and im awesome.
You think people will load the box against John Beck throwing to Santana Moss and Jabar Gaffney? Why is that?
When a team loads the box it is to stop the run, therefore they have no faith in the passing game so they drop noone back to defend it, basically. So what i was saying is they will load the box to stop hightower running the ball, in effect thinking beck/rexy cannot make the passes they need to make. I stand by my comment that made 100% sense. Does that make sense? not being a smart ass just wondering if i got the point across.
I was being sarcastic, of course teams will load the box haha
hahahhaaha my bad i mustve been having a shitty day or something lol

Well thanks for asking DJ! Rodgers is looking great! Looks like both of us will have elite QBs starting this…oh…

Smith is the answer as in that he’ll bring us Andrew Luck.

The sad thing is in this division I don’t think we’ll manage a top-3 pick.

We’ll beat the Seahawks twice, Cardinals twice (I think Kolb blows) and Rams once at home. We win 1 or 2 more random games and we’re at 6-10 or 7-9

I actually think the Cardinals are going to win our division. Everyone loves the Rams this year, I’ll take the red birds.

Look what they did when they had Warner (who wasn’t a elite QB by any means, see New York Giants tenure…). Kolb is a solid QB, and will make that team very competitive.

I don’t even think Kolb is solid. I think he blows and I really don’t understand why people think he’s even an average QB

Hahahahahahaahahahaha

NOBODY needs to ask you about your starting QB. I love how they keep showing on NFL channel his draft and his comments about sitting there. Did that give him some motivation?

So happy I drafted MJD in my auction league just before Garrard got cut. Hello, 9 men in the box…

^ hell they may put 11

x2
i think he had a couple good games against some sub par defenses and all the sudden he’s the

next big thing. i’m just not sold on him yet. maybe he proves me wrong. i see the Rams

taking that division, dont see Bradford having a soph slump.

P. Manning will miss the first week… I have Kyle Orton on my bench. Kerry Collins is available on waivers…

So the question becomes, Pick up Collins to vs the Texans or Play in Orton to vs the Raiders?

p.s I’m not not in any T-Nation league, so please help me out. D:

I’d play Orton… Collins was out of the league 3 weeks ago, Orton had some success as recently last year.

Ha. Thats what happens when you are the QB for the SB winner.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say Manning is done for the season, and possibly his career.

(I’m am now on a limb)

Today is the day. Get ready to get dominated, again.

Championship 2.0 here I come.

No way WC dude is way to much of a competitor. He just did not get the OTA’s that he needed, he even said this during the negotiations.

He will be back by game 3 at the latest.

Good luck this season, being the champ means everyone is after your ass.
