Here’s some photos I took today, going to make more after a month to see the progress. I thought I was between 18% and 20% bf, but looking at these it’s probably more towards 20%-22%?
No way are you 20% body fat unless behind those fists is a BLOB of fat. Which I doubt there is
Awesome thread still man!
BTW In like first meal pic, what is that green stuff and in another the yellow stuff? It’s like mashed stuff haha, care to tell?
Also - when on the road - if you miss a meal, I found McDonald’s double quarter pounder with cheese PLAIN, hits the spot. Just rip the bun off.
Meals look awesome man. Tonight for dinner I had 8oz chicken liver for first time in months, effing awesome. Chicken liver w/ onions, broccoli w/ cheese and then salad with caesar dressing. PB homemade keto cookies for dessert
Cookie recipe
1 cup natty pb
1 cup splenda
1tbsp vanilla extract
2-4tbsp flaxmeal (however much you want)
1 egg
Mix all together, then form blobs, put on greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes @ 325 or 350 degrees in oven. Come out a little dry but GREAT
The green stuff you’re talking about is homemade low carb guacamole:
100g avocado
50g tomato
20g onion
salt
don’t have to use exactly the quantities here, but the ratio must be the same
avocado is weighed without skin, cut avocado in half and use tablespoon to separate fruit from skin. Chop tomato and onion as fine as you can, put in mixing bowl with avocado and mash with fork mixing in chopped onion and tomato. Salt to taste, you have to give it a decent amount of salt - experiment with a little. Goes good with chicken, pork, hamburger, steak, cheese. (optional: if you’re not to anal about the diet, throw in a squirt of lemon/lime juice to finish the flavor)
Very nutritious, GREAT source of fiber, and a good source of mono fats as well. I like to eat it once a week or so, I get tired of it to eat it more than one day in a row, but it’s almost as if my body craves it after a week of not eating it.
100g (as shown in first photo w/ chix and cheese)= 1.5g PRO/2.8g CHO/8.6g FAT
The yellow stuff could be guacamole again, just a few hours older - if you make a lot you should really eat it all within 24 hours. Only other thing you could be talking about is cheese.
27/12/07 THURSDAY - START: 1015 END: 1120
Warm-up: Hang Snatch/Overhead Squat Complex (Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat) :
20kg/4+6, 30/4+4, 40/2+2, 50/1+2, 55/1+2, 57.5/1+4(PR), 30/8+0; 57.5 was pretty ugly but I got it up there, need to get the form down, nobody to teach me though , going to start to do more snatch reps with lower weight on my low intensity days to try to learn more…
warmup lat pull down to wide grip pull-ups:[30/12, 70/3] 3, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3; learned today to be more explosive pulling up, works well
DB shrugs standing head down: 50+50kg/12, 50/12, 40/12; next time going to try one arm DB shrugs to see how it goes, I read somewhere about a better ROM.
-----------superset--------------------
Squat: [20/8, 40/4, 50/2, 60/2] 70/3(really difficult, was losing form and had to lower weight), 65/3*4, 50/25; {with the 25 rep squat I kept going forward, so I took my shoes off to see and it seemed to help. Still sweating as I’m writing this 45 min later. With the 25 rep, only really felt it in my back, which is definitely the problem with my squat.}
not sure if you said it anywhere, but pay attention to the cheese youre eating.
a couple of those meals looked like they had melted american cheese on top, which has something like 4g carbs/slice, which can add up quickly with the trace carbs in everything else you eat. might not even be american cheese, i just thought it looked like it.

That cheese is actually similar to american cheese as it is a mixture, but it’s made in spain by a Basque grocery company called Eroski. Here’s the nutritional info according to the package per 100g-
265 calories
Protein - 15g
Carbs - 4g
Fat - 21g
Each slice weighs exactly 20 grams, which contains 0.8 grams CHO. Tastes good too!
