Hello have endured gyno problems but it’s minor. Just pain and puffiness . Got some anastrozole legit one, the have read it that should use tamoxifen because it’s less harsh on estrogen. Then got bottle of verry weird tamoxifen . After it got much more pain in the nipples can it be fake ?

Nolvadex is a serm.
One reduces estrogen, one blocks the estrogen receptor, specially in the breast tissue.
