Like or dislike Rush, Hannity, and so forth, letting government control free speech is immoral and unconstitutional. I urge evryone here to write to their reps/senators to urge them to not support this CLEAR violation of the Constitution.

It is a freedom of speech violation. If this gets passed, expect it in the hands of the supreme court along with the census issue. Obama swore not to sign the fairness doctrine, but I won’t hold my breath. If he is not careful though, he may be tied up in court far more than he’d want to be. The democrats need to shut the fuck up…This is information and mind control and nothing more.
What I love…is the ironic/oxymoronic use of the term “Fairness”, when in reality, it’s exactly the opposite.
Next thing you know they’ll be forcing T-Nation to sell competitor’s stuff to be “Fairrrrrr”.
