Failed HPTA Restart Results Summary, Super High Test, Gainz at the Gym, What Next?

To answer your question, if Free T is high normal, then no I wouldn’t recommended TRT. I don’t see Free T being high normal with SHBG mid range though.

Testosterone Free 14.86 pg/ml Range: 1.00 - 28.28

What next Systemlord? I should consider TRT? Wait 1-2 months and see if there is further decrease?

Thank you for your time and advices

hey yoda , feel happy for you. antidepressants are a really bad trip, for mind and body. Most time the damage is permanent at some lvls. Just like finasteride.
imo you have potential to increase even more your T lvls.
tell about your Vitamin D lvls, diet, macros, what kind of fat intake, supplements, sleep quality.

Your levels are not going back up because you didn’t address the cause of low testosterone, It’s time for TRT.

Hey Straff thanks for your response. Yes I feel that they were worst choice I’ve made in my life.
I don’t know about my Vit D levels.
My diet is pretty average and gym-oriented right now - I am focusing on protein and fats (protein mostly from diary and meat), less on carbohydrates. Fat is mostly from bacon, nuts, eggs.
Supplements - I am not taking anything in this particular moment. I was supplement free basically for last 6 months with taking lemon balm ocasionally.
Regarding my sleep I don’t have problems with sleeping and I am sleeping around 8 hours per day.

What you think is a cause in my particular case? Thanks

Of the 89% of men diagnosed with low testosterone, only 18% are causes known. You will just have to accept that you may never know why your testosterone is low.

you should check first:

“In overweight men with deficient vitamin D status a significant increase in testosterone was observed after intake of 83 μg vitamin D daily for 1 year whereas there was no significant change in men receiving placebo. This work is, to the best of our knowledge, the first study, which specifically addresses the effect of vitamin D supplementation on androgens in men. The results of this study suggest that vitamin D supplementation might increase testosterone levels in men.”

But if your lvls are ok (above 60 ng/ml), go for TRT.
