Could you Point me in the right Direction? Thanks

You asked a painfully vague question man. What do you want to know about it that google doesn’t already explain?

Fair enough, Google it is thanks

Going by people’s experience it seems to work for some but not others, in some cases works better or worse for some of those, also some claims in that while it worked on paper per blood work they didn’t feel as good or better compared to IM.

In my case I have been on 1/2 inch insulin needles for a little over a year and at least per blood work it shows efficacy. In the delts I am sure I atleast go shallow IM, but for the majority of the time I have been doing the shots in the glutes and it still shows efficacy. Maybe I have a bony ass or something but it always seems to work even when I wasn’t in the best of shape, or subq just works for me if its not shallow IM glute.

So long story short in my case I don’t care if its IM or SubQ i know I can use insulin needles. I think most likely that is your concern in that you don’t want to use longer thicker needles, rather than subq vs IM?

Personally I didn’t get a good response using it. But if you scour the internet you’ll find plenty who like it and even more who don’t. Try it and see

Yes I have been on trt for last 8 years use 1 inch 25 gage needle is getting annoying to be honest. I like to do eod with insulin 30 gage. Just don’t know how to load the syringe bc I can’t fine a insulin syringe with interchangeable needle sizes to pull than shot. This might show some ignorance on my part but that’s why I am here. Back load but this seem a bit nerve-racking. Thanks!!!

27 guage is rather quick, 28 guage is not bad either considering you will be going lower injection volume due to EOD dosing. I even used to do 30 guage which draws it slow but it will. Honestly its not like you will be there drawing for 10 minutes.
