How good is a vial of 200mg/ml (10ml) Depo-Test with expiration date 11/2005? Is it still usable or just throw it away!BTW it has been in a dark and dry place.

I would not hesitate to use it.
It should be fine. Just watch the injection site for signs of infection, but that stuff isn’t very old so it should be ok.
