Can I ask your weight, and the dosage you were taking?
I have just started taking Carbolin19(1 cap 2x a day) and I am also getting serious into BB. I have noticed some impressive gains in muscle and I also have an increased appetite. I am also doing the wave loading training with the “money” exercises and getting awesome results. Maybe its a combonation of everything.

Why would you blame Carbolin 19 for your gains if you are just getting serious into bodybuilding?

Then someone writes they think the product is great even though they just started taking it and are just getting serious into BB. Not too reliable if you ask me.
I have yet to see anyone post Carbolin 19 results with before/after stats (weight, strength gains, BF%, measurements, etc.) even though some have reported using it for 12+ weeks. I was considering spending the $80 on a 4 week supply since it’s dubbed the “ultimate anabolic bridge”, but I’ve read nothing that gives me much faith in its results. All anyone has to go on is the marketing “hype”.
I’ve been impressed with MAG-10 in the past and currently have bottles of TRIBEX, RED KAT, Spike & ZMA, so by no means do I want to bag on Biotest, but after reading the Ultimate Anabolic Bridge I’d expect WAY more posts on usage results if you can expect anything close to the reported study results.
Can anyone provide some real details on results - would be muy helpful.

The problem is that the subject has been beat to a pulp. There were numerous people with great things to say about Carbolin 19, but they have already typed out their results atleast 5 times (going straight from memory). You think if I started a thread about success with Surge that everyone who has had success with Surge is going to post about it?! If everyone posted the thread would be friggen HUGE! But I garauntee that if I were to start that thread it would be about 50/50 because complainers are always the loudest and there is always the reliable people who will post their success day in and day out.
I have used Carbolin 19 at max dose since the day I got the first shipment from those first few bottles that have come up. Now, these numbers may not be part of your goal but there is proof in this pudding. My relative VO2 max increased fomr 70.2 ml/kg/min to 75.6 ml/kg/min. Now… thats impressive alone. Consider that I did this WITH weight gain and that relative VO2 max is divided by weight gain, that means that VO2 actually increase much more then the 5mls.
On top of this… Normally for a race taper one is shooting to HOLD ON to the strength they’ve got while they lean out. I was able to actually continue build cycles to gain strength while and I raced at the lowest I’ve ever been able to race.
Now granted this is all not the type of goal you are looking at, there is evidence there that the product is working and seeing as the product wasn’t even designed for an endurance athlete thats pretty crazy.
I’m currently in the off season and will be using Carbolin 19 to build up a lot of strength and I feel pretty confident that it will help me hang on to the strength gains that most endurance athletes lose at the start of the season.
Like every product, there are going to be people that don’t like it and generally those people are going to be the loudest. How many times have you called a customer service company to tell them that the product is working?
Also… Why not just try it yourself? There is a money back garauntee.
Part of the problem is few people set up a scientifically clean scenario to test the before/after effects definitively.
For example, I’ve taken Carbolin 19, but it has been while taking other stuff, and it has been mixed with a whole bunch of real life. I’m pretty certain it had a positive effect, but there is too much variance in my “routine” to actually give any hard data.
TriGWU - understood and appreciated. I had previously run some searches and found various results reports of Carbolin 19 use, some slightly detailed and others not. This thread just likely missed the boat to expect many results posts as, like you said, most who would do so don’t care to repeat. Thanks for describing yours again though.
Need4Speed - also understood, and I agree…few will likely take it under optimal conditions to be able to truly evaluate the product on its own.
I likely will give it a go starting with my next PCT and continuing it for 3 months and monitor my personal results.
