I just returned from ten days in Thailand. Amazing trip, but that being said I reached out on these forums and asked regarding this issue. General idea was you can get same things in states without issues. Just got there and have fun get a shot of penicillin when you get back. Also she is a ladyboy if she got an Adamās apple.
