So I ordered a certain brand of Test, Cipla, and low and behold, my last order, they sent me the Empower brand. No notice or warning. I’m a label whore and trust name brand pharmaceuticals more than compounded branded ones. I emailed Defy. No call back or no apology. They just credited me standard shipping rates for a few orders I placed (which I appreciate but still doesn’t make up for the fact that they didn’t respond to me at all or gave me an explanation).
I am hoping I didn’t jinx myself as I never had any issues thus far with them. BUT I am going to start researching other places in case my experience with them goes in the hole.
Did you call them? My experience has been a total 180 from that. They respond quickly to both emails and calls, but I would call in a case such as this.
So I looked into this. So basically asked my insurance about paying for my labs. They told me that they would not cover out of state providers smh. Which I don’t understand.
What the heck. I’d try and call again and see if someone else gives you a different answer. Or maybe have one cheap lab test done and submit it through insurance and see what happens. Worst case you have to pay for it. Just don’t make it one of the more expensive ones. Something like total T is probably pretty cheap
