I’ve discovered the same thing without too much additional effort and was able to source pharma T3. I’m planning to do the same thing - discontinue after my cut is over and I can resume maintenance calories and then retest with a full thyroid panel.
I was able to get a year’s worth of test cyp for TRT and two blasts including Primo, and all ancillaries including T3 and pharma arimidex for maybe 1/4 to a 1/3 the cost of clinic prices shipped. These clinics are making an absolute killing based on nothing but US regulations and laws.
When it comes to personal liberties I am a bit of a libertarian, and think all drugs should be legal. I do feel that it is a good possibility that some would end up worse with this system, but others better, and I don’t think it is the government’s job to hold my hand about my health.
I do TRT on my own. I suppose since I am on my own it is a cruise. I am doing a moderate blast right now. I will never use heavy, and I am not interested in getting way larger than genetically possible while on high end TRT.
Maybe I am intolerant to BS, but I found the telemedicine thing to be both really expensive and a PITA. Maybe others don’t mind it as much, are not confident enough to handle stuff like this on their own, are afraid of breaking the law, etc… I am someone who just generally thinks things aren’t as hard as people think. I fix all of my household appliances, systems, and do all my own car repairs (some extensive). I just research and learn.
I would rather figure something out, than pay someone else.
I’m sure Dr. Nichols is an excellent doctor, but his bedside manner leaves a LOT to be desired. He’s acted like an arrogant, pompous asshole on this site numerous times.
I agree, I feel I could drop Clomid, but I definitely would want to keep HcG. My former doctor took me off of it and did some labs, and my estrogen levels were really high. I also didn’t feel as good when I was off HCG. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but it really helped not only with mood but my labs. Finding the right regiment was a roller coaster.
I usually do 50ml injections 2x per week. Maybe I ask Defy to drop the Clomid and increase my hCG.
I am going to Labcorp today to get my blood drawn for labs. Will keep you guys posted of my journey for new folks in the future who may have similar questions
If the guy that runs Tier1 is the same guy that has shown his ass all over these forums, there is zero chance I would engage him in any professional relationship. That kind of behaviour indicates some underlying issue with ego and poor decision-making. I would not entrust my health to such a man. But then, after my experience with a fleet of surgeons and doctors during and after a botched open-back surgery, my overall perspective on medical professionals was adjusted to a large degree.
Dr Nichols knows his shit like no other doc I’ve seen. I don’t care if he does donkey shows in Mexico on his free time and posts them to the forum. If I’m not feeling good I’d want the best doc. At least he has a presence and isn’t so concerned with getting clients that he isn’t willing to argue. If you actually talk to the guy you’d see he’s a fucking badass when it comes to knowledge on the subject.
I dunno, his answer always seems to be add more T, don’t be a pussy, e2 doesn’t matter, oh you still have symptoms? Add more T then.
If I felt like shit and no one could figure it out and he could… then yeah of course I wouldn’t care at all about how he behaves on some forum, kind of like the TV show House where the doc is an ass all the time but nobody cares because he’s right usually. But otherwise, no reason to accept it IMO.
Yes, his answers and way of communicating on here were odd. He rambled on about not “being a man” or something because one couldn’t handle estrogen. I can’t recall, but know it was bizarre and nonsensical.
Yeah, same hear, but just barely. It’s hanging by a thread. Like I hinted at above I have had more than one catastrophic experience with doctors that either have huge ego problems or are otherwise shitty, including waking up from anesthesia during a botched surgery, having pedicle screws over-driven in my spine, and the experience of being prescribed all manner of horrible shit over the years that only made me worse. As it turns out I never needed any of the drugs they were writing me for, and many of them were very addictive.
Ik man. It’s so frustrating. We have to essentially read about everything and stay informed in order to effectively advocate for our selves and immediate family. Am basically the go to go for my family when there are medical problems.
As soon as I trust a dr it always backfires. So my policy is I do not trust ANY dr. I do try and research and get the best dr anyways
I get all of that but I dare one of you to call him (Tier 1) and talk to the guy about an issue and judge him by his response and tell me if you still feel the same way. I’ve done shit most here couldn’t even imagine. We are talking about folks that spend their days feeling bad and are in search of answers that they aren’t getting from the usual channels. There are plenty of super charismatic doctors that have no fucking clue what they are saying. Dr Nichols knows his shit regardless of whether he’s an amazing forum poster or not.
