Fuck yeah, finally seeing some progress in the overhead pressing department. That puts me just under a bodyweight press.
By the way, still have been working on my Captains of Crush grippers. Still training to close the #2 fully. Did 5x5 with the #1, going to try and add 1 set every two weeks until I get to ten and see if can smash down that #2 with that. Training with them 2 days a week right now.
