The only barrier I can see is with a date conflict.

right now I’d be interested in:
Berardi, Cressey, Thibs

I personally think its a great idea, but you all could probably provide a better idea of the logistic feasibility.
As a side I think it would be awesome to train with some people on here. Actually being in a gym with a 100% serious crowd would be very motivating. I think you would see alot of PR’s being broken.
It would also be an opportunity to further push Biotest products. Perhaps have special discounts at that event to draw in a larger crowd.
Also you could advertise in your area to people who do not know what T-Nation is. Some sort of discount or free admission for ppl who are already members at your gym.
Outside vendors would of course lower cost.
It would also be interesting to have free or fee 1 on 1 consultations with the contributors. CT doing a biosig analysis for instance would be very cool. Or Eric Cressey doing a hands on mobility evaluation.
Sorry I’m sure you’ve already thought of most of this and I’m just sort of dreaming but I figured Id give my two cents.

Biosig measurements would be great

maybe some diet examples of food from some of the cookbooks or Crew Pierces muffins, or the SuperFood recipes.

What on earth happened that it led to 3 divorces? My goodness
I wasn’t able to attend the last thing in DC but I was able to meet up with Dan John afterwards at a mini-Intro to Oly seminar. That was pretty awesome.
I’d be up, pricing and timing will be the prime decision makers for me. I’ll be out of the area for 4-5 months next year and I travel out of town for work every so often as well.
