Did a handful of other things, but tweaked my upper back while doing dips. It’s not terrible, but I didn’t want to hurt myself, again. It’s sore today, but shouldn’t hinder today’s workout (hopefully).

Lol, ya… I missed a few posts and took last week off. It was a big week for the little man.

Well, my diet is going really well. I’m down 6 pounds since Thursday. It’s a lot easier than I thought. Simply not eating for 5 days and vomiting what you do try to eat really works!

uummmm no. I thought I wanted to bulk until at 221 I couldnt put on my shoes LOL I think I am back to 215ish but I am working my way back down.
Also a while back but those sumos looked great!!!
