I just got home, everyone else went home to get laid, I get to play on the interwebz, yipee. Oh, maybe I’ll whip out the Diablo, it’s been ages. My characters must all be gone by now. I’ve got a lvl 98 Amazon.

I started playing because Dallas plays, at first I thought it was stupid, but it’s really easy to get into. There’s something fun about killing things. Man I love the cow levels, and I have a lighting amazon so I don’t even have to worry about killing the king.
Fuck me, my shoulders kill. Slamming the medicine ball into the ground is a lot like the sledge hammer. I can’t get a good rhythm with the ball though, it’s hard to slam one with enough force to bounce it. The sledge hammer you get that nice steady pace with, too bad I don’t have a yard.
I think I’m going to follow toot’s lead, get off and go to sleep. G’night magic interwebz people.

you probably didn’t post this for critiques, but may I suggest 1% milk instead of fat free? I think 1% has more CLA and whatnot in it. The good stuff that binds to fat.

You could prolly trick her buy buying more nuts…unless you’re allergic. Nuts go under the radar for high protein.

One thing you will learn quickly is trying to trick your wife is the fucking stupidest thing to do on earth. Just talk about shit, and learn to compromise.
It should last me through the week. The beef is for lunches, and the eggs for breakfast and snacks (I’ll hardboil a a dozen or two.) I drink about 3 gallons of milk a week.

She is 110lbs and works with “nutritionists”…
Seeing me eat 8 eggs for breakfast, a pound of groundbeef for lunch, a pound of steak for dinner, and glasses of milk & whey throughout the day freaks her out.
Protein is bad for your kidneys, cholesterol etc… (The smells that come out of me are insane, btw.)
She doesn’t get it, which is fine, because she knows I’m not an idiot, and trusts me. But some things, like milk with fat in it, I compromise on to make my life easier.
