Pardon my ignorance but what is the benefit of bar humping and rack chins?

Also if there’s no WOD for today what do you think we’ll do at CF?

bass- sometime I tweak a pec by stretching!..weird, not sure what it means, but it sucks and I get that same pain for a couple days after…

Rack Chins are great for back width. You strap up with as wide a grip as you can, place your feet on a bench above your waist, and chin. Place weight on your lap once BW becomes too easy.

Bar humping = destroys my lower lats. While the strict for TBars hit my lower trap and middle back, when I loosen up mah form and use some body english the focus shifts to my lower lats and trashed them.

Omelet time with Bass:

in a medium pan cook some linguica and onions over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix whatever number of eats you want, only add half of the yolks (10 eggs, 5 whole, 5 whites).

add bowl to pan, cook, flip, flop, plate enjoy.

I needs to change my diets or be put on the statin drugs… mah cholesterol has been in the high 200s since I was like 12.

actually changing mah diet wont do shit becuz diet constitutes maybe 10% to chol levels. My family history and genetics are the really prob. Heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, cancer, on both sides back until before my grandparents.

I think my uncle has the cholesterol high score of over 350.

on a side note:

A Wendy’s triple right before having blood work done, especially when told to fast, get’s you immediate phone calls. Cholesterol was like 800 and triglycerides like 600, the Dr. was like your dead…you can’t be alive right know, it’s impossible.
