Keep in mind that SHE is the one who did this, not you. I get pissed that people put me in the position where I have to let them go. At the same time, it’s such a relief when they’re gone, because they can suck the life out of the people around them.

Nope. We fired a chick last week for shit performance. She was doing things that could create huge liability for the company, and had multiple interventions to try to fix the problems.
