Great, I’m in the clear.

I’m awkward at times, but not that awkward.

YEAH for comps!!
My first is in 6 days.
I really suggest the 5/3/1 For Powerlifting e-book. It has an 8-week meet prep template and I feel like I have a pretty realistic idea of what I might be able to lift.

I’ve done a personal meet day in the gym- just warming up and hitting 1RMs, so I’ve got a decent idea of what I can do, but for this first meet I’m underestimating everything on at least the first attempt, I really want to get a 1400 lb total and not miss either of the first two attempts on any lift- the third attempt I’ll just go for it on anything.

Yeah, my first two attempts are all numbers I’ve hit in the gym. Hopin to total 1120 or so.
I totally think about breaking into the big musical style dance numbers when stuck in public places. lol
Except I probably would not look as cool doing it as Christopher Walken does.

I got caught hammer dancing across the parking lot at work the other day. You just gotta look people in the eye, and tell them “You can’t touch this”.

I think that’s kind of like the Courage wolf for getting caught masturbating. lol
Well whenever someone sees arguing with myself in the car I just keep on arguing.
Can’t they see I’m having a private argument.
Morning TK
What a weekend it has been. Lots of me putting on my angry dad face. Up to last night. Damned teens… lol. Lovin it, though. Being a father, that is.
I can’t update my training logs ![]()
Haven’t touched my log in a while.

Lying doesn’t help anybody.
Or, say nothing at all.
Was he fat?
Well saying nothing at all would have been weirder, I think. He caught me at the end of my workout, when I’m tired my social veneer is gone.
He wasn’t obese, but yeah he was fat. Probably had a good 50 extra.
