Depends on the person. I take 15,000iu M/W/F and that keeps me above 70. Anywhere from 2k to 10k iu/day may be right for you.
Start at 2k/day or so, get your blood checked in a few weeks.

Pretty sure you’re wrong here. I heard first hand from a trainer that lifting will make women manly. He’s got a certificate on the wall, so I trust him.

That’s what I was kinda worried about. Now that it’s winter I’m pretty much covered when I’m outside, and I’m a brown kid. Maybe I’ll up to 4,000.
