It’s been a weird day overall. This morning there was a sub for spin class.
An obese man taught class and while he did he ate his breakfast. It was disgusting. He’d yell and food would fly out of his mouth, then we’d take breaks so he could drink coffee.
Maybe it was meant to be motivation? Spending an hour watching a fat sweaty man with food all over his face made me want to do more cardio.
