Rolling your achilles tendons on PVC/bar to loosen adhesions is like being flayed alive with rusty straight razors. Except the end result is that you get better ankle mobility. So perhaps that was too much of a Hoekstra.

I seem to do ok with just straight caffiene. Sippin on the last of my coffee now before hitting the gym.
A good breakfast can make the whole day go better.
Anyone know how much Vit D I should be taking?
I’m taking 2000 IU per day.
Make sure if they are pill form to take them with some healthy fats for absorption.
