Does anyone know of a stretch that will specifically target the part where the hams meet the ass?
Just bending over is targeting the hams same with laying down and pulling in one leg at a time.
Maybe the hammies are just too tight for me to get a proper stretch in for the ass? Not sure.

Could try pulling both legs at the same time. Or you could sort of tweak variations of the Figure 4 piriformis stretches to see if that hits the right spot. I can try and find pics if you need them.

The Vomitnator!!!
lulz, are you referring to this? The Vomitron on the Gold Coast? lmfao I totally forgot about this vid. Always has me in tears

Hey, you’re the guy who likes Traps and Beans!
meh, can’t say i’ve ever liked either, so that would be a thumbs up
Well, you don’t have to worry about the traps part… But, Beans is pretty awesome. I think you should give him a chance.
I think you’ll be glad you did… if you try, that is.
well I appreciate the compliment (undeserved if so) if there was one there :-), and it’s probably so that he is. I guess only time will tell, as I make it a habit of not making snap judgements on the spot, whatever way they may be. s’all i can say 'bout that…

I think I know which ones you are talking about(figure four stretches) I’ll try those and see what happens.

Beans, where you visiting?
Chrystal River.
Down here for work.
I leave Wednesday, which is good, my personality doesn’t really blend here. I’m a little intense and “fast” for the people down here, lol.
I can hold back, but not for more than 2-3 man days.
Yeah anywhere that far south is even slower than areas around me. Someone from your area of the country probably looks like they’re moving at a million miles an hour, and talking just as fast. Wish I could see the looks on people’s faces.
