I haven’t weighed myself in a few days but yes I have been losing weight (I mean a few more real pounds)and yes that is the crux of my issue. I always want to get stronger and when I have a shitty workout it wrecks me. I also am not happy with how I look and want to keep shedding bodyfat. So um yeah, I want it all and its not mood enhancing.

I’ve been to the Rudy’s in Albuquerque - pretty good. I thought there was a Rudy’s on the south side of Dallas off of I-20 at the same exit as the Pilot truck stop, but it’s not listed in Rudy’s locations. Must be a different BBQ chain. Damn good. Another good BBQ place is on down south off of I-45 at the Buffalo exit. The BBQ in TX is so good that it’s just ridiculous, and the best part of it all is that there’s a lot of it, too.
