BTW I have no idea what you look like but I always think Mila Kunis when I think eastern european.

Moderate success my workout. Just reset working weight to 165 Will follow my standard progression pattern back up. 175 Felt too heavy. Finished the rest too all the way too abs so I’m calling yay me on this one. And most important no pain @ site of injury or elsewhere.

Exhausted. It took The Killer, EDGUY and SEAN Paul to get me through this one. Yes my real friends know I’ve got a softspot for the carribean dancehall.
