For what it’s worth, the ladies out here in California at least up north of LA, have taken to wearing “riding boots” over the last couple Autumns/Winters.
I’ll bet that about 97% of them have never even seen a horse but those boots are awesome and they get my attention every time I see them.
They aren’t spike heeled, nor are they coming from a design that makes them look like the picture you posted.

So boots that will go over my gigantic calves leave me with loose ankles, ankle that fit result in a zipper that doesn’t go up. I’m still searching, but idk if it’s gonna happen.
