Also, re: legs on benching, your bench might be a little high and if your legs are too short to get really stuck into the ground hard, you could consider placing blocks or plates where your feet go to make it “lower” for you, if that makes sense.
Video your bench and we will critique. My advice usually starts with retract your shoulder blades, and get your body tight enough that nothing moves, reduce wiggle.
