Charlie- To add to what MiM posted, the So You Think You Can Bench series is awesome too. As for taking vids, you should get one at a normal working weight, since form tends to always be better at lighter weights. Or, you could gets vids of real light weight and then working weight and see the difference (if there is one).

I’m old school. I wake up at 4:30 a.m., by 8:00 pm I’m doing work and I don’t stop until I eat lunch and take a nap, from 4:00 p.m. to supper I work, after that friend/family time and sleep at 10:30.
I do this day in day out. Except when I have insomnia.

Re: permanent - yeah, it was something I really thought about for a while too. That’s why I’m not completely bald everywhere. Just the nether regions - which I see no reason to have anything there ever - and the bikini/side areas, which is where I was always most sensitive to ingrowns and razor burn. I still look like a grown up in that area. 
Also, re: legs on benching, your bench might be a little high and if your legs are too short to get really stuck into the ground hard, you could consider placing blocks or plates where your feet go to make it “lower” for you, if that makes sense.
Video your bench and we will critique. My advice usually starts with retract your shoulder blades, and get your body tight enough that nothing moves, reduce wiggle.
With that, I’m gonna go bench.
Bachelorette life is lonely but relaxing. It’s nice to only have to worry about my own schedule.

im currently an EMT-B and finishing up school to become an EMT-P (paramedic). its not all work for one company, those times are split between my ride time for school 48 hrs (unpaid- its like an internship with a FD), 36 hrs work for my ambulance company (paid) and 4 hrs class time (obvi unpaid). so this is pretty abnormal its just that while going to school i still gotta work to make money.
so 48 hrs operating as a paramedic fo free. 36 hrs operating as a basic paid. 4 hours in class talking about our ride time. and hopefully that will only last about an hour. it sucks. we get bunk rooms and beds and stuff though if were not running calls. Just trying to move on up.

Ah…never really understood the paid firefighter/paramedic thing. Where I grew up the FD/EMT guys were all volunteers. The departments out by the farms were usually farmers and the one’s closer to town where farmers or the sons of wealthy men in town.
