Got to amsterdam by train, walked around for a bit, went into a weed shop got really stoned…then we ventured to the red light district.

OK guys I am officially hanging up the lifting shorts, permanently this time, seeing a surgeon next week.
List of Lifting injuries:
trap tear
shoulder surgery
hip problems
anterior knee pain
calf tear right where the calf becomes the Achilles tendon
Starting to think I have connective tissue problems.
The final nail in the coffin started about 2 months ago with pain around my man parts. Pain is now constant, really bad night, went to urgent care this morning.
