My buddy and I were metal/rock, but then he started liking rap after R-DMC and the Beastie Boys came out.

In all serious I appreciate the kind words, and no care packages are necessary. I pulled 405 for two sets of 3 deadlifting yesterday, followed up with a set 315 for 11. I’m doing okay now, my strength is still there, but i’m lacking some muscle fullness and my knees hurt. I’ll pull through. Chin up and what not.
Now switching gears…I’ll have you know that in 1985…my mother was 14. BOoYAH i win!
