As for DLing in the power cage - I’m of the opinion you can do whatever you want in the cage, UNLESS it is something you can do elsewhere AND someone else needs the cage for something that is best/only done in the cage.
Then DLing should not be in the power cage unless you are using reverse bands or are doing rack pulls off pins below the knee.
Reading comprehension fail.
Sorry, my post was supposed to have a question mark at the end.
Ahh, well, if you are asking that question, I think you still miss that my “requirements” are both 1) it can be done out of the cage and 2) someone else needs the cage. I deadlift outside of the cage probably 85% of the time simply because I don’t like to take up equipment that someone else might need.
It was more of a clearing up of what you said. I understand for sure now. I don’t dead lift at all in the cage. I dead lift right behind it so no one can use the cage even if they wanted to.

IH, are those pix in reference to you or to MiM?

I love cabbage too, but not massive quantities at a time…least not without the beano!!

I guess I DL in front of the cage, not technically IN it.

My last statement was a joke, I actually dead lift in the curl rack. Seems appropriate.

Oh, okay I thought so. I saw you reply “Fighter Diet Greeny” and I was confuzzled.

I’m going to visit that thread now lol

That is so me, Toots! I was always done with my work so fast, I would have 6 hours left of my shift to do…nothing. I remember emailing IH and saying “done with work. now what?” all the time.

Yup. I rot at my desk most of the time but this week someone is on vacation before me so it’s making the week fly by. I’ve tried reading a book but when people come in the door, I’m always on the look out for shady robbers so I lose my place alot!
