I’m an inner SHW at heart what can I say. During my college days (playing lacrosse) I sat at a lovely 215 (after being 130 graduating high school) and being only 5’9" (if that) I learned how to eat. I’m just takin your advice to heart…and to stomach. Only problem is you said not to worry about cutting weight for the first meet. If I keep going who knows I may just have to eat up to the 198 class.
