Thank you Binky.

PMPM, fuck off, you’re just jealous that Bieber has prettier hair than you do.

Ink why are you throwing stuff at 12 year old girls? Geez.

Deb, I think if I start now, and the trend starts, by the time my daughters are that age, they’ll be scared to worship a large vagina like this Bieber kid, for fear of getting hit with a water bottle.

Ugh, who knows how bad it’ll be by the time your little ones are that age.

Speaking of plans, who said this: “I believe that no matter how random things may appear, there’s still a plan.”

I love the quote, 5 internet points for the correct answer. (don’t cheat and google it, google is definitely not a good secret keeper)

I don’t know deb, when i grew up we had Barney. FU… Barney…Double ugh to you.

But to be honest, that didn’t come along till after i got orientated up to the gills with van damme, ahnold, stallone and steven seagal awesomness. (Yep my parents let me watch pretty much any movie i wanted, i always loved those types.)

Bloodsport is probably still my favorite movie.

I’ll be back with a clip of my favorite cartoon as a kid in a moment…

That would be Hannibal, from the A-Team.

Welcome back, PMPM! Saw your numbers, you did great!

Okay time to train!

5 internet points to you and as a bonus, a picture.

One of the trainers at my gym interrupted a guy who was (quite clearly) about to start his set. Why? To ask for a spot. A spot on what? Preacher curls.

LMAO. I always get nervous about interrupting someone’s routine. I got over it though when I tried to bench 95 lbs (which I thought was 75 at the time) without a spot. The BB was on my throat/shoulder for a little while until I was able to choke out help.

Never again. I’ll just make sure that the person is resting after their set to ask.

Nothing wrong with needing a spot, that’s why training partners are great. Unless they ask for a spot on curls.

I almost did that once. I was so used to putting the 25s on the bar because of rack pulls that I automatically did it on bench day. I was sitting there looking at the bar wondering why it looked weird then realized I had used the 25s instead of the 10s.
