It’s the same for me too, except when I DL…sadly I’m one of the 3 strongest people at my gym, and I have the biggest pull by at least 100 lbs. People look because they’ve never seen more than 315 pounds of plates at any one place at any time.

I’ve also heard them say I’m weird because I was doing face pulls and rack chins.
So your shoulders really only slow down your pressing numbers then?

Telling you, make that thread dawg

I don’t get DOMS because I eat enough. I have to assume green also eats enough to avoid it too if she is really pushing herself.

While I constantly have tired and recovering muscles, DOMS only happens when I under eat.

My wife butchered this chicken… Shit is like eating sandpaper.
Me too! (DOMS that is) I kind of like DOMS though so it’s a bit unfortunate.

I’ve been doing more back squats lately, high reps, and I just took a couple of pics and my butt looks really good, and any women will probably agree it’s damn near impossible for a woman to like her butt but it’s kind of depressing because it seems kind of pointless and anti-climactic for the amount of work

LOL! I will admit I am very much like a girl when it come to my self image. I am just as hard on myself as your guys are.

That being said, rack pulls and straight legs will hit your glutes much more efficiently. Once the bar hits mid thigh, just fire (read: squeeze the living fuck out of) you butt cheeks, and it will stand you right up. You’ll be walking like you took it in the pooper for 3 days.

At least it works that^ way for me.

that is what I was thinking, lol.

I will admit HR, this is the first one I haven’t scared away in a long time man. Most girls/women at my gym certainly think I’m a meathead douchebag I have to assume. NTTAWWT.

Morning TOOTS and MIM, Bass too

Yup, benching specifically, sometimes lat raises and if they are really bad that day. The other day I couldn’t even handle the 40lb dbs for floor presses. I went down to 30s because something was tweaking; but other days I use the 80s it’s fucking annoying.

Actually back squatting over 225 hurts it because of the weight. It feels like the shoulder is gonna pop out, and my external ROM isn’t great on that side, so just gripping the bar is a bitch. Front squats are ok, but an ego killer.

The

Happy Friday

You can always just call him a rapist and feel better about yourself.

I’ve added a lil more to my previous post

And how exactly would you know what taking it in the pooper feels like, CB? hmmmmm?

So… A loose acquaintance of mine has testicular cancer. Well one morning I woke up super hung over, and one of my balls hurt. So I freaked and went to the ER.

In order to Xray my intestines they needed a contrast. So they shoved a fucking tube the size of a baseball bat up my shooter, and proceeded to squeeze like 17 gallons of water in me FROM THE WRONG DIRECTION! You believe that shit?

The next few hours of my life were fucking hell.

Turns out I had kidney stones and they never had to fill me up with water.

You should have seen the look on the Xray tech’s face when I told her she was done and went to go pull out the hose. She fucking panicked hardcore.

alrighty then!

I’ve been doing those too! I really love rack pulls. I love squats more but they both feel great. I think I’m finally getting somewhere really feeling my muscles and hitting them where I want them. That has been a challenge.
