Ever Feel Like a Threadkiller? (18)

She was trying to tap dat azz

j/k I dunno…did it give you a little ego boost? would you do your wife tonight? I don’t see a problem

I took some pics…i think my ā€˜I’m too depressed to eat,’ diet is working!

Kids need their shit put in place sometimes. Put him in check, tell him he’s got to quit letting shit bog him down, and knock shit out!

If he can’t, he knows where the door is.

We are bleach

Trust me, if I could lite this one up, I would.

I’ve made 2 staff/interns cry so far.

He will not respond well to that approach. He likes friendly ball busting, with an honest undertone.

Why the shit mood, Beans?
Because…

I had about 12-14 hours worth of work to do, and only 9 hours to do it in. Normally I would have just gotten dinner and stayed at work and banged that shit out. BUT with my wife out of town, and me missing two fucking workouts, no way on earth was I missing tonight’s session. So I bailed.

I was in a shit mood because i was frustrated that I don’t have enough staff. One of my staff is a slacker, and one is very green. I felt guilty leaving work un-done, and I was angry at the stupid fucking hoops I had to jump through for my clients.

Feel better now.

Thanks court <3

Trav, my morning walks are 25-29 mins not 20 like I said earlier. Still 1.5 miles. I have no idea how far that is in canadian, ask Duck.
Ah…gotcha. Totally understand.

I’m glad you’re feeling better:)

A new AIC song that i’m liking A LOT:

As long as you know what works for him, and know how to deliver it, he’ll come around. If not, refer to my earlier suggestion.

Ok, so I’m working on this assignment for a class I’m taking, and I’m going through a powerpoint on ā€œMetabolismā€ and I come to a slide that I’m not sure uses the smartest of pictures.

Part of this slide says ā€œCatabolism: The breakdown of molecules into smaller unitsā€

But what really bothers me, is they used a picture of the World Trade Center on 9/11, after the planes had hit. Is it just me, or is this a pretty fucked up choice of imagery for ā€œbreakdown into smaller pieces?ā€

I think I’m going to have to e-mail the professor…

Hai Hungry! How’s the personal training with your sweetie going? Looks great on her log!

that is pretty messed up!

That’s messed up Inky.

If there is any ass that needs a prowler up it, it is the fucking douchebag’s that put that in the slide.

Holy shit. There is no respect left in the world. WOW

I’m really going to have to refrain throwing out that I was serving this country when that happened, and it was a really tough time for everyone around me. I went overseas a few months after that happened and spent a lot of time deployed because of it. Blah blah, make her feel like SHIT…but then again, she assigns the grades, so I’m going to have to pull a little bit of tact out of my ass I think

Bitch

(I wouldn’t say most of that shit, mostly because I signed up for all of it, and deployments are part of the gig, but still, it’d get my point across)

It’s getting there, Deb.

I’m trying to mentally multi-task both my workout and hers, as it’s been a long time since I made training this much of a priority. It’s a challenge to say the least, but all in all, i’m really fucking proud of her. This is new ground for Greens and she’s handling it like a champ… A little too well, in fact.

Obviously, I need to up the intensity more, because I haven’t heard any complaints yet…

Thanks for asking!

Agree that it must be hard to get your own work out in but once you really have the basics down with her, form up to speed, you can write a program and each go your own way. And yeah…up that intensity!! She’s not complaining nearly enough haha

Strangely enough, he’s right. I have barely experienced any DOMS. My upper back and my triceps hurt a little, when I stretch or whatever…but other than that, there hasn’t been any soreness or pain. I’m looking at the Schuler/Cosgrove book right now to see if I can pick out any exercises he doesn’t have to teach me so he can concentrate on his workouts more.

I also just noticed this in the ā€œnotesā€ section of the slide

ā€œThe picture on the slide of the World Trade Center is an example of catabolism. When the two towers collapsed, the structures were broken into smaller units and a massive amount of energy was released in the process.ā€

Still, they could have used another example right? Atom bomb, random explosion, even the cookie monster eating a cookie ā€œreleasing smaller unitsā€ as the crumbs fall everywhere

You know, I’m sore somewhere (sometimes multiple somewheres) on my body every single day. I’ve just learned to accept it. But again, I’m 11 months in and you are what? 2 weeks in? It’ll happen. Then you can complain like the rest of us  Not Beans though…he squats a billion pounds a million times and he barely whimpers. Although he did have an IRS related melt down today haha
