The psyllium husk works great Beans, don’t know how you survive 2 tablespoons of the stuff though, think if I tried that things would get messy real fast! Was using 1 tablespoon for a while but I’m currently getting a huge ass salad in every day at work (upside to working catering I suppose, basically grabbing 2 full menu items with extra meat for lunch), so not using the stuff. Good to know someone out there cares about my bowel movements man!
