There is a percentage you can’t go over. If your more than 4% of your Max bodyfat or 20lbs past your BMI then your processed to be let go I think that is the case for the last 6yrs don’t hold me to those numbers I’m not sure.
But if your within those ranges and still over your put on what is lovingly called the fatboy program where you must weigh in every week and lose like so much every week for 30 days and if your over your gone.
But I just did my tape today and was well below a good night of sweating can do wonders went over board.

Yeah that sucks. I tried with my Iphone and it just does not take the pic.
I spent the wknd in colombus for a competition. I didn’t compete, but there were some great matches to watch. I feel like I need another wknd to recover though.
My left foot is magically broken today. Ihurts to raise my toes, or walk. If you follow what would be the “ring” toe up to the ankle, that’s where it’s hurting. I’m rolling it on a golf ball. I hurt. I am scared. Help me.
