re the caffeine: I’m down from 12 shots to 6-8 shots a day now. My wife has seen me slam back 4 cups of coffee at brunch, then walk home for a nap.

Careful, you can get sick from ingesting too much caffeine.
Your body has an upper limit, then once you go over it, you’ll feel like shit.

yeah I can sleep with a ton of caffeine in my system too, so I ingest 2 tons 
from what I’ve read you can reach a point where caffeine actually slows down your heart rate.
I know how so many Docs become druggies with their double 12 hour shifts and shit, it would take more than caffeine for that nonsense.

I’m much better at keeping tabs on my intake and over what period of time.
very rarely do I miscalculate and start with the tremors and paranoid anxiety. It’s not fun.
