Ever Feel Like a Thread Killer?

Weird & wonderful workout today.

weird - Larry David (guy from Curb your Enthusiasm I think?) & Bai Ling look-alikes in gym.
Larry’s workout - exactly what you would expect.
Bai - Docs, Jeans, Push-up bra & camisole. -even better, doing, wait for it… incline sit-ups. unfortunatly, she figured out to cross her arms over her chest after the first set

More importantly, another chick managed to remain nipple-rific for 90 minutes of ‘real’ lifting. (my heart leapt up a little when she got to the renegade rows). So I want to know how its possible for them to remain eye-pokingly firm for an hour and a half.

of secondary importance, I squatted +bodyweight x5 x5 x6 today. (I had been using a cane until ~june-july last year)
For the last set Aerosmiths’ Dream On came on the MP3 player - which seemed like a bad omen, so I skipped ahead to “Crystal Method’s Name of the Game” - it was the right song.

EDIT: Like these. I mean similar to these.
A cane? Why?

Name Of The Game’s a great tune. Nice beat.

Present.

I bet they use nountain dew to keep power plants going.

Wtf is “nountain dew”?

Is it a retarded soda?
You know I’m a spelling hack. Hasn’t it already been revealed that my brain is in a glass jar and in the glass jar next door are your tennis balls? This is nothing new. (^:

Sprained & majorly re-sprained one of my ankles last January, then caught a curb with my toe about 8 weeks after that.
the cane was mainly for stability when fatigued or standing for long periods.

Those aren’t tennis balls.

That blows. You’ve got some bad luck.

It must feel good to be squatting again, I bet.

Crystal Method is the perfect workout partner. Even hard nips can’t compare to Vegas.

Hey!!

I was not supposed to be here this early…
my opening guy called me last night, after I was already jacked up on caffeine to try and get stuff done around the apartment, and said he’s really sick can I cover for him.

Yeah no problem, I got very little sleep and with every passing hour I got more angry that I wasn’t asleep.

look sleep deprivation makes me a geek!
so tired…

edit: how the hell am I up to 700 posts already?

so just out of curiosity… what were you searching for that this came up?

story time (then nap time).
funniest thing I’ve seen in a while:
I’m at a gas station I don’t normally stop at and after fueling up I go inside to grab an energy drink for later (I hafta close tonight). I’m standing in line and contemplating putting the drink back because I don’t like lines, and I start looking around.

there’s this old man standing over by the magazines with his magnifying glass in his hand, just casually paging through a porn mag like it’s readers digest or something… and nobody does anything about it.

where is everyone? seriously I know I got an early start and all, but it’s after noon.
