Hmmm, I see what you did there… Though I finished off all my dairy today, and the exp starts tomorrow.
You know I’ve never really gone for a 1RM in anything, the heaviest I’ve probably lifted is around 180 for 3x10. I can stand up with a 150lb guy wrapped around me in closed guard though, and that was a huge deal for me!

I smashed a girl today, I was feeling mean and she was so smashable. She was just there to flirt, it pissed me off. Now, I just feel bad. I think it’s best that I stick to the boys.

Sounds like to me you need to do some triples…225 is within your reach for sure!!!1

That is a good amount of volume and IMO a lot of lower back intensive stuff…with that said if you took out the hypers and good mornings that is how my usual leg day looks, except i go heavy on the squats usually 3-8 rep ranges…

When girls do stuff like that (to flirt w/ guys), I say it’s open season!! Maybe she learned the hard way to back her shit up.
I just started the program a few weeks ago, but I can tell my endurance is already going up…before I was sticking mainly to few sets/low reps so I can lift heavy…
I just talked to him this morning, and explained my changing of the leg day workout…I mean, I couldnt walk for like three days!! I still do the other exercises, just spread out in other days…
He also approved of me doing a 4x5 week like every three weeks or so…
That dude is crazy…He was doing walking lunges with 135lbs in his back!
