I just moved to Lakewood. I’ve been to the westlake urban active a few times. It’s intimidatingly shiny. Every cardio machine gets it’s own tv? What’s up with that? We interrogated the trainers there too, it was interesting. Yeah, interesting.

Nope. Good ol’ Centerville (Dayton if that helps). We do have an Urban Active here and it reminds me of that Ben Stiller gym from the movie Dodgeball. {shakes head - I can’t believe I admitted to watching that}

Now how can you call that pointless. It makes perfect sense to me.

You’re right though. I’m positive that knowing his body fat will help immensely in designing a program for him. He will know exactly how many apples is too many then.

The University of Dayton ghetto is not a ghetto per se. It is just ??affectionately referring to campus housing that is really old and sometimes not in the best of shape. It is also a place of frequent parties as I recall from my youth.

There is an economically challenged area of Dayton that I would classify as an area to avoid if at all possible.

Can’t use the belt. I think Christine or PCH2 is borrowing it.

That’s right…'cuz if there’s one thing ads have taught me is that women all wear spandex to the gym but don’t like pesky exercises.

What was I thinking?
