That’s a Burmese Python, so no venom.

Florida is getting overrun with them due to snake owners letting them go because they get too big to keep.

They prospered, since there’s not as many natural predators in Fla. as there is in their native land. They can and will eat alligators if possible.

And, they have a nasty temper compared to other constrictors.

yeah - us misses hers.

I bet the snake lost twice.

First, the alligator was just hanging out being an alligator and the snake felt the need to attack, an attack that obviously came from a losing place.

Then the sucker bite on the nose inflicted minimal pain.

Given the size disparity, the boa did not kill and eat the alligator.

What we most likely didn’t see was the alligator bite back and the frail snake, attacking from a weak place to begin with, was easily crushed by a half ass return bite.

We’ll never know what happened :frowning:

But, you do know that these pythons can, and do, eat alligators and even small deer, right?

The original gif was of a penguin that fell into the shrubs, then casually walked away. It was cute.

I’ll find a better one for you.

I’ve worked in my share of wharehouses, and those racks must’ve been really weak. He didn’t hit it that hard, imo.

Sure they do. They may not always live afterwards… but they do eat large alligators.

There is no way a 12+ foot alligator fits inside the gif snake.

I want to go snake hunting.
