I did that for about 4 months, with 1.5 diet breaks every 6 weeks or so…

FWIW, my “higher reps” are 6-10. I really firmly believe anything above 5 is cardio.

I suppose I need to get my GMs up in weight. I usually stay light with them because I do em after squats. I will use lower reps and higher weights, and do it as a ME move before squats for a while. I’m also going to do more zercher and front squatting.

I got this for Puerto Rico: Sexy Lingerie Brands, Intimate Apparel, Costume Store It thongs itself on me but I like it.

PMPM have you tried pull thrus? I never liked doing them because of the looks I got, but now I rock the whole stack and then some, but anything over 150lbs (for me) gets hard because it becomes a balancing act. They were a godsend for my lower back and hip.

I’m gonna switch to kb swings or strap onto an 80lb db for some swings.

Yeah, I do pull throughs too, I feel em more in my ass than anything, and I have no problem with lockouts.
