One leg over the other.
I have heard before that it is bad for posture, but is so comfortable (not anymore). Somehow it twists the lower spine or something.

I usually sit like in the pic. So I’m safe.
Well maybe this will get you out of the habit. Well at least you know what the problem is and that it can be fixed and you can get back to lifting eventually. Also that it wasn’t the lifting that did it.

This will break me of the habit. I am glad that it wasn’t from lifting too. Also, no permanent damage.

Yeah no permanent damage. lol
Can’t even remember what this is a gif of, hopefully it goes in this thread.
Sup ya’ll. Ever regret going to see a potentially good movie, but end up walking out before it ends because you read and enjoyed the book so much more? That was me last night in “Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.” Rooney Mara is fucking hot, though.

I never got to the point where I would walk out.
Guess I’ll go see that movie THEN read the book.[/quote]
yes. The movie is pretty damned good. Reading the book first ruined it for me. But I think you’ll really enjoy it.
I liked Girl with The Dragon Tattoo so much I read the next two books in quick succession. I’m looking forward to the movie (read: seeing Rooney Mara’s naughty bits) as well.

You need to try to erase the books from your mind before going to see the movie. As for Mara…I want her and Rapace at the same time. HEAVEN!!!
