I think that it’s a muscle knot.
Right now I’m sitting on a neck massager and it is circling something knot like in my ass.
I can bend from the waist now. I have never felt so much pain while lifting. I think I over did it… duh… my advice is to take it slow and look at me! I did hill sprints on Sunday, crossfit yesterday (which included front squats and thrusters) then oly lifting tonight.

I have golf balls and tennis balls. I think I’m going to be sitting on them for the next couple of days.
Since it’s just us girls here, when this happened I also got cramps at the same time. I really didn’t think anything of it at the time because I was in so much pain elsewhere, but I also have my fucking period a week early now. Probably a subject for the PW forum, but those girls scare me. ![]()
